Wow! This has been a crazy week! We had a garage sale & two sets of company all in a matter of days--fun, but CRAZY. My mom came up for a visit & to help with the kids so I could do the garage sale--Thank you, Mom. We couldn't have done it without you!! I found out today that I have a new little helper =) Cameron discovered the drawer where I keep the dish towels & he decided to help me clean the kitchen...he has also discovered how to climb on the kitchen table and I'm pretty sure he's trying to figure out how to get on the counters because he was watching Collin get on the counter today to get a drink!

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!

Busy, Busy, Busy...that is all I can really say about the past month. Yes, it's been a month since I've been planning on posting some pictures to the website. Well, I had a good mother's day. The kids were so very cute about everything they did for me. Collin made me a flower pot with his picture as one of the flowers--he was very proud of that! They also bought me a hanging basket & a plant stand for the front porch. This is going to be very long, but as you read, you will see just how busy we've been!

Mother's Day morning before church

Friday was a fun-filled day. We took the kids to the zoo because Collin had a half day of school. Then we went to dinner and build a bear (a trip I had promised Collin for his birthday a month ago!) Cameron love pointing at the animals at the zoo, but we couldn't get a good picture of it of course. Collin had a great time using his new camera that he got for his birthday--we had to capture every moment & living thing--the robins, the dirt, grass, etc!

I love this picture!!

Collin had his spring concert on Thursday. It was very cute & luckily uneventful--last year he spent the entire program trying to tuck his shirt in because it was so long, however, it kind of looked like he had a really bad itch in his pants!! Afterwards, Kevin & I posed for a picture because I'm realizing that all of my pictures are of the kids, and one of these days we're going to wonder if we were even around for any of these events.

Cameron the climber....yes, he's discovered the joy of climbing. I've never really had a climber--how do you keep them off of things???

The first time he climbed on the coffee table was to play with cars...he's so much like Collin was.

Yep, he's back up with the cars, but this time he climbed on the toy chest & was lining them up on the window sill--what a silly boy he is!! He just brings so much joy to our house, I can't imagine what we did before Cameron...except maybe it was a little quieter!

The kids had ceremonies at church...Collin is in Royal Rangers (kind of like boy scouts) & he earned a lot of badges this year, so he was excited. (He's by the boy in the yellow)

Halley showing off her Rainbows award. She loves Rainbows, especially because Mommy was the helper this year!

Halley & Collin made cars for the Pinewood Derby at church this year. They had sooo much fun making them with Kevin. This was the first year that the girls were invited to participate, so it was a pretty big deal. Well, Halley earned a 3rd place trophy in her age group...she is sooo proud of this. Unfortunatley her big brother had a bit of a hard time at first because he didn't get a trophy. He was a good sport in the end. I was so sad for him though--he's just too hard on himself! I was proud of his excitement for Halley in the end!

Collin & his friend Cully with their ribbons.

Collin was in the Holly Little Leauge parade last weekend. He is playing his first year of coach pitch...so yes, life just gets busier.

Finally, Collin's birthday party. Yes, it was a month ago almost...time flies. Collin had a great time for his 7th birthday. He invited 2 friends over, they went to the local slot car racetrack, then came back & played. He had his first friend sleep over & Kevin & I survived! I can't believe my baby is 7! Well, sorry this is so long...as I said, we've been busy, busy, busy!
